All required information must be submitted and the box checked to certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and understand that all Game Tickets, transactions and winners are subject to these Rules, the rules and regulations of the Maine Lottery, state laws, and the Terms of Use and Privacy policy located on the Website. Qualifying tickets consist of Maine Powerball with Power Play tickets that were purchased within the state of Maine between June 4, 2023 and June 24, 2023. Entries will be awarded based off the price point of the ticket. For example, a $6.00 ticket will receive 6 entries; a $15 ticket earns 15 entries, etc. Powerball tickets without Power Play will not receive entries. Players are limited to one prize per person for this second chance promotion. Entries will not be awarded after the entry deadline date.
GENERAL RULES:
To enter the Second Chance Promotion, visit the website at https://club.mainelottery.com/. The first time you visit the Maine Lottery RewardME Loyalty Club Second Chance Drawing entry site you will be required to register and set up a personal account. Eligibility for participation in the Second Chance Promotion is dictated by the rules and laws of the Maine Lottery.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
To enter the Second Chance Drawings, a player must enter a qualifying ticket. Qualifying tickets consist of any Maine Powerball with Power Play ticket purchased between June 04, 2023 and June 24, 2023.
Tickets mailed to the Maine Lottery will not be entered into the drawing or returned. Game rules with second chance drawing deadlines and prize information may be found at the entry website. Entries must be received by the specific deadline for the drawing. If an entry is not received by the drawing deadline, it will not be entered into the drawing. Second chance drawings are for a limited time only.
Entries are to be filed in only one individual's name per entry.
The Lottery will conduct one (1) drawing from among all the entries received during the applicable entry period. Players may submit more than one (1) qualifying ticket, however, players are limited to one (1) prize for this second chance promotion. Entries submitted during the following entry period will be eligible for the drawing.

Entries received after the final entry deadline shall not be entered into any drawings.
Odds of winning any prize in any Second Chance Drawing shall vary depending upon the number of entries received for the Second Chance Drawing and the number of entries you have submitted.

ENTRY RULES:
To be eligible to enter the Second Chance Drawing, you must register on the website. All required information must be submitted, and the box checked to certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and understand that all Game Tickets, transactions and winners are subject to these Rules, the rules and regulations of the Maine Lottery, state laws, and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located on the Website.
The Second Chance site is the only method of entry into this Second Chance Drawing. Tickets mailed to the Maine Lottery will not be entered into the drawing or returned. You must enter the RewardME Official Entry Code from your draw game or Fast Play ticket or the serial number from your eligible instant game ticket for each entry. The RewardME Official Entry Code is found on the top of your draw game or Fast Play tickets. Serial numbers are found at the bottom front of your instant ticket in the scratch-off area. Enter the Entry Code or serial number manually or scan the barcode on the bottom of your ticket using the RewardME Lottery app. The Maine Lottery is not responsible for entries made in error.
The Official Entry Code from any qualifying Game Ticket may be entered only one (1) time.
Registrants are not required to retain the Game Tickets they submit as proof of eligibility to claim their prize however a player must provide proof of identification to claim their prize.
All winners of prizes of six–hundred dollars ($600) or more must provide proof of identification as well as their taxpayer identification number. The Maine Lottery or their contractor will remit the minimum required tax withholdings to the appropriate agencies and issue the W–2G form to the winner. The winner is responsible for his or her state, federal, and/or local taxes.
The entry deadline for the Second Chance Drawing is Midnight Eastern Time on the announced entry deadline date. All Second Chance Drawing entries are subject to validation by the Maine Lottery and may be disqualified if eligibility requirements are not met.
Game Tickets determined to be in a stolen/missing inventory status or not part of a valid sold, activated or promotional inventory status shall be disqualified.
The Maine Lottery and/or its administrators, at their sole discretion, may disqualify an entrant, winner, or designee from participating in any aspect of the Second Chance Drawings if they deem or suspect that such person has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Official Rules or the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy; (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Website; (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; (d) use of any automated bot, macro, script or other robotic, mechanical, programmed or automated devices to submit data to the Website; (e) repeated attempts to submit multiple entries; (f) any unsportsmanlike, inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (g) activity deemed to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Second Chance Drawings. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR CORRUPT ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SECOND CHANCE DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE MAINE STATE LOTTERY COMMISSION AND ITS ADMINISTRATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
DRAWING DESCRIPTION:
The purchase price of each ticket determines the number of entries received. An entrant will receive one (1) entry for each one dollar ($1) in purchase price. Three dollar ($3) tickets receive three (3) entries, four dollar ($4) tickets receive four (4) entries and so forth.
The Drawing will consist of one (1) drawing from all the entries received during the applicable entry period.
Drawing dates will be established by the Maine Lottery and made available on the website. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on the deadline date.

The time frame for the drawings to be conducted as well as the announcement of winners is available on the publicly accessible Maine Lottery's RewardME Club website. These dates are subject to change without notification.

The Lottery is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries not entered into the Drawings. If an entry is selected as a winner and rejected during or following any of the drawings, the Lottery will select another entry to replace the rejected entry in accordance with these rules and Lottery procedure.

The Maine Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Drawings and change these rules if the Drawings cannot be conducted as planned due to errors in these rules or advertising, unauthorized intervention, tampering, fraud, technical errors, viruses, worms, bugs, or any other cause beyond the control of the Maine Lottery that, in the Maine Lottery's sole judgment, could corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Drawings.
All entries shall be subject to verification by the Maine Lottery.
The Maine Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant found to be tampering with the operation of the Drawings or to be acting in violation of these rules or applicable law.
SEMI-FINALIST DRAWINGS AND TOP PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
Ten Maine Lottery winners will each receive $5,000 cash. The same 10 winners will have their name submitted as semi-finalist to the national pool of semi-finalists. Sixteen semi-finalists will be drawn from the national pool, with no more than one semi-finalist per lottery advancing. The 16 semi-finalists will be announced during the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway on August 26. The semi-finalists will then go head-to-head in a series of drawings that coincide with the elimination rounds of the NASCAR Playoffs.

The four semi-finalists still in the playoffs after the fourth drawing will win a VIP trip for two to NASCAR Championship Weekend in Phoenix, Nov. 3-5, and advance as finalists to the $1 million drawing. Cash prizes will be awarded to all 16 national semi-finalists based on their elimination position.
The VIP trip experience will include roundtrip airfare for two to Phoenix, three nights hotel accommodations — double occupancy, two Ally Curve Hospitality Club passes for both the NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship Race on Nov. 4 and the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race on Nov. 5, two passes for VIP experiences at Phoenix Raceway during the NASCAR Championship Weekend including NASCAR Cup Series™ VIP access, NASCAR team hauler tour, MRN radio booth tour, pace car rides, and Victory Lane access, welcome dinner and all meals, and ground transportation to scheduled events and activities.
Participating lottery jurisdictions include Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
TRIP PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
The Trip Prize consists of a four-day, three-night VIP trip for the winner ("Winner") and one (1) guest to Phoenix, AZ ("PHX"), from approximately Friday, November 3, 2023 to Monday, November 6, 2023, to participate in a drawing for a prize in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) ("$1 Million Prize") to be conducted Sunday, November 5, 2023, during the live television broadcast of the NASCAR Cup Series Championship™ Race on NBC ("Program") from Phoenix Raceway in Avondale, AZ. The Trip Prize shall include the following elements:
Winner is not required to travel to PHX to participate in the drawing for, and remain eligible to win, the $1 Million Prize. Winner may appoint a proxy to take the trip instead, subject to the Trip Prize Terms and Conditions, and will still remain eligible to win the $1 Million Prize.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners shall be contacted by the lottery or their contractor. Players should always check the WINNERS page on the Website after a Second Chance Drawing to see if they've won.
Winners and prizes are non-transferable. Each winner's name, town and state of residence shall be posted on the Website following the validation of the winners.
Disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate potential winner may result from any of the following: (a) the potential winner's failure to respond to any notification within the specified response period; (b) the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (c) the return of any other notice as undeliverable; (d) the potential winner's failure to provide satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (e) the potential winner's failure to execute and return the required documents within the specified return period; (f) the potential winner's failure to be available to receive the prize; (g) the potential winner's failure to validly claim the prize by the date specified in the prize award notification; or (h) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules, the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy. In the event of a forfeiture of the prize, the Maine Lottery Commission may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an email address, the winning entry shall be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
PRIZE CLAIM INFORMATION:
Winners shall be notified by the Maine Lottery or their contractor within ten (10) days of each Second Chance Drawing.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The collection, use, storage and destruction of personal information submitted by an entrant for participation in the Second Chance Drawings shall be managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Your e-mail address and other information will not be sold or shared with any outside parties.
Information shall only be collected from entrants that are age 18 and over.
By submitting your Second Chance Drawing entry via the Internet, you give the Maine Lottery permission to announce and publish your name, city of residence, and image in any form for marketing/promotional purposes without compensation if you win a Second Chance Drawing.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The Maine Lottery reserves the right to modify, cancel, postpone, delay, suspend and/or terminate this Second Chance Drawing, in whole or in part, in the event that the promotion is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules, by reason of any technical or other disabling causes or other causes that impair, corrupt or interrupt the administration, fairness, security or integrity or proper play of the Second Chance Drawing, including without limitation hurricane, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, war, terrorist threat or activity or insurrection. The Maine Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, postpone, delay, suspend, and/or terminate this Drawing, in whole or in part, in the event that the Drawing and/or event is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules, by reason of any technical or other disabling causes, or other causes that impair, corrupt, or interrupt the administration, fairness, security, integrity, or proper play of the Drawing. In such event, the Maine Lottery Commission may, in its sole discretion: (a) postpone and/or reschedule and/or modify the Second Chance Drawing, or (b) cancel the Second Chance Drawing in its entirety. In the event of cancellation, the Maine Lottery Commission shall award the prizes through a process deemed fair and equitable by the Maine Lottery Commission and its administrators shall have no further liability to any participant in connection with the promotion. In no event shall the Maine Lottery be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.
