To enter the Second Chance Promotion, visit the website at https://club.mainelottery.com/. The first time you visit the Maine Lottery RewardME Loyalty Club Second Chance Drawing entry site you will be required to register and set up a personal account. Eligibility for participation in the Second Chance Promotion is dictated by the rules and laws of the Maine Lottery.

This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

To enter the Second Chance Drawings, a player must enter a qualifying ticket. Qualifying tickets consist of any Powerball ticket with the Power Play option purchased in the state of Maine between October 1, 2023 and October 28, 2023.

Tickets mailed to the Maine Lottery will not be entered into the drawing or returned. Game rules with second chance drawing deadlines and prize information may be found at the entry website. Entries must be received by the specific deadline for the drawing. If an entry is not received by the drawing deadline, it will not be entered into the drawing. Second chance drawings are for a limited time only.

Entries are to be filed in only one individual's name per entry.

The Lottery will conduct two (2) drawings from among all the entries received during the applicable entry period. Players may submit more than one (1) qualifying ticket per drawing, however, players are limited to one (1) prize per drawing and one (1) of each prize package for this second chance promotion. Entries submitted during the following entry period will be eligible for the drawing.

Entries received after the final entry deadline shall not be entered into any drawings.

Odds of winning any prize in any Second Chance Drawing shall vary depending upon the number of entries received for the Second Chance Drawing and the number of entries you have submitted.

Winners shall be notified by the lottery or their contractor.

Winner names, town and state shall be posted on the Website. Cash shall not be awarded in lieu of merchandise prizes.

The prize entitlements described below are subject to all restrictions and limitations described and are subject to change by the Maine Lottery without notification.

To be eligible to enter the Second Chance Drawing, you must register on the website All required information must be submitted and the box checked to certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and understand that all Game Tickets, transactions and winners are subject to these Rules, the rules and regulations of the Maine Lottery, state laws, and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located on the Website. Employees of Kraft Sports and Entertainment LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, the judges, and members of each of their immediate families (i.e. spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. This promotion is not endorsed or administered by Kraft Sports and Entertainment LLC, New England Patriots LLC or NPS LLC.

The Second Chance site is the only method of entry into this Second Chance Drawing. Tickets mailed to the Maine Lottery will not be entered into the drawing or returned. You must enter the RewardME Official Entry Code from your Maine Powerball with Power Play draw game ticket for each entry. The RewardME Official Entry Code is found on the top of your Powerball draw game ticket. Enter the Entry Code number manually or scan the barcode on the bottom of your ticket using the RewardME Lottery app. The Maine Lottery is not responsible for entries made in error. The Official Entry Code from any qualifying Game Ticket may be entered only one (1) time.

Registrants are not required to retain the Game Tickets they submit as proof of eligibility to claim their prize however a player must provide proof of identification to claim their prize.

All winners of prizes of six–hundred dollars ($600) or more must provide proof of identification as well as their taxpayer identification number. The Maine Lottery or their contractor will remit the minimum required tax withholdings to the appropriate agencies and issue the W–2G form to the winner. The winner is responsible for his or her state, federal, and/or local taxes.

The entry deadline for the Second Chance Drawing is Midnight Eastern Time on the announced entry deadline date. All Second Chance Drawing entries are subject to validation by the Maine Lottery and may be disqualified if eligibility requirements are not met.

Game Tickets determined to be in a stolen/missing inventory status or not part of a valid sold, activated or promotional inventory status shall be disqualified.

The Maine Lottery and/or its administrators, at their sole discretion, may disqualify an entrant, winner, or designee from participating in any aspect of the Second Chance Drawings if they deem or suspect that such person has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Official Rules or the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy; (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Website; (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; (d) use of any automated bot, macro, script or other robotic, mechanical, programmed or automated devices to submit data to the Website; (e) repeated attempts to submit multiple entries; (f) any unsportsmanlike, inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (g) activity deemed to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Second Chance Drawings. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR CORRUPT ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SECOND CHANCE DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE MAINE STATE LOTTERY COMMISSION AND ITS ADMINISTRATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

The purchase price of each ticket determines the number of entries received. An entrant will receive one (1) entry for each one dollar ($1) in purchase price. Three dollar ($3) tickets receive three (3) entries, four dollar ($4) tickets receive four (4) entries and so forth.

The Drawing will consist of two (2) drawings from all the entries received during the applicable entry period.

Drawing dates will be established by the Maine Lottery and made available on the website. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on the deadline date.

The time frame for the drawings to be conducted as well as the announcement of winners is available on the publicly accessible Maine Lottery's RewardME Club website. These dates are subject to change without notification.

To be eligible to participate in the Drawings, entrants must have complied with the requirements of these rules.

The Lottery is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries not entered into the Drawings. The Lottery is not responsible for entries that are not entered into the Drawings because of incompatible cellular telephones or internet browsers, mobile lottery application failure, or other technical issues. If an entry is selected as a winner and rejected during or following any of the drawings, the Lottery will select another entry to replace the rejected entry in accordance with these rules and Lottery procedure.

Offer void where prohibited or restricted.

The Maine Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Drawings and change these rules if the Drawings cannot be conducted as planned due to errors in these rules or advertising, unauthorized intervention, tampering, fraud, technical errors, viruses, worms, bugs, or any other cause beyond the control of the Maine Lottery that, in the Maine Lottery's sole judgment, could corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Drawings.

All entries shall be subject to verification by the Maine Lottery.

The Maine Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant found to be tampering with the operation of the Drawings or to be acting in violation of these rules or applicable law.

Winners shall be contacted by the lottery or their contractor. Players should always check the WINNERS page on the Website after a Second Chance Drawing to see if they've won.

Winners and prizes are non-transferable. Each winner's name, town and state of residence shall be posted on the Website following the validation of the winners.

Disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate potential winner may result from any of the following: (a) the potential winner's failure to respond to any notification within the specified response period; (b) the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (c) the return of any other notice as undeliverable; (d) the potential winner's failure to provide satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (e) the potential winner's failure to execute and return the required documents within the specified return period; (f) the potential winner's failure to be available to receive the prize; (g) the potential winner's failure to validly claim the prize by the date specified in the prize award notification; or (h) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules, the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy. In the event of a forfeiture of the prize, the Maine Lottery Commission may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an email address, the winning entry shall be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Winner shall be notified by the Maine Lottery or their contactor within ten (10) days of each Second Chance Drawing.

Once authorized by the LOTTERY, the LOTTERY will cause to be fulfilled the Big Game Trip Prizes except as prohibited by law. The LOTTERY shall cause to be provided complete fulfillment of the Big Game Las Vegas trip prizes awarded in connection with the Promotion. There shall be no additional charge for any aspect of such order fulfillment other than those charges set out below. Trip fulfillment shall include the scheduling and coordination of all travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transfers as provided below:

If air travel is required for the Prizewinner and guest, roundtrip airfare for up to two (2) coach class tickets shall be booked on a major airline, as defined by the Federal Aviation Administration, from a U.S. international airport to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is the responsibility of the Prizewinner and guest to comply with the REAL ID Act to the extent such Act is applicable to Prizewinner's and guest's air travel.

The Trip Prize does not include: mileage, insurance, gratuities, meals, parking fees, baggage fees, any items not expressly specified and personal expenses such as telephone calls, valet service, laundry, incidentals and the like, as well as revision or cancellation fees which may be charged by the hotel or other suppliers;

If the Prizewinner is traveling via air and fails to appear at the designated time and place of departure, the balance of his or her trip shall be forfeited with the exception of the two thousand five hundred dollars 25cash portion of the Trip Prize, less any withholding taxes; unless Prizewinner makes his or her own travel arrangements at Prizewinner's expense;

If the Prizewinner fails to check in to the hotel when he or she arrives in Las Vegas, Nevada, the hotel room availability will be forfeited and the Prizewinner shall not be compensated in any way for the value of the hotel room, and the balance of the Trip Prize shall be forfeited with the exception of the one thousand dollars ($1,000) cash portion of the Trip Prize, less any withholding taxes; unless Prizewinner makes his or her own lodging arrangements at Prizewinner's expense;

If the Prizewinner and/or guest fails to arrive for any of the scheduled events of the Trip Prize, the Prizewinner and/or guest forfeits the right to personally attend that scheduled event of the Trip Prize and no substitutions or carryovers shall be allowed;

In the event that the Prizewinner is unable to attend the trip due to unforeseen and reasonable circumstances, the balance of the Trip Prize shall be forfeited with the exception of the two thousand five hundred dollars ($1,000) cash portion of the Trip Prize, less any withholding taxes. Notwithstanding the fact that the Prizewinner may end their participation in the Trip Prize (under subsections vi, vii, viii or ix), at the time that the Prizewinner claims the Trip Prize, such Prizewinner shall be deemed to have taken ownership of the entire Trip Prize, and the full claimed value of the entire Trip Prize (including the value of the travel portion) shall be reported to the IRS. Accordingly, the Prizewinner may be responsible for any additional state or federal taxes resulting from the claimed Event Prize, above and beyond those taxes withheld, reported and paid on the Prizewinner's behalf by the Lottery to the appropriate agencies;

Age and Prizewinner eligibility to win the Trip Prize shall be determined by the LOTTERY;

The Prizewinner, designee, or guest must have a valid credit card or shall be required to post cash deposit for incidentals to check into the hotel;

The Lottery shall withhold minimum federal and state taxes associated with the total value of the Prize, pay the appropriate federal and state agencies, and provide an IRS Tax Form W-2G to each Prizewinner.

The Prizewinner is solely responsible for the actions of the guest who accompanies the Prizewinner on the Event Trip Prize.

A Prizewinner may not choose to receive the cash equivalent of the trip portion of the Trip Prize;

The Prizes are not transferable or assignable by a Prizewinner, but may be assigned by the LOTTERY, as provided below;

If a Trip Prize is not claimed or is refused by a Prizewinner, the LOTTERY must assign the Trip Prize to an alternate Prizewinner and shall cause to be fulfilled that Trip Prize under the same terms and conditions as specified herein, provided that such prize is still available and time requirements have not elapsed;

The Lottery may substitute a prize of equal or better quality as determined by the LOTTERY;

The LOTTERY acknowledges and agrees that each Prizewinner and their guest are subject to a background investigation prior to the Trip Prize, and

The Prizewinner is solely responsible for the actions of the guest who accompanies the Prizewinner on Trip Prize. If the Prizewinner's guest is a minor, the Prizewinner must (A) be the parent or legal guardian of such guest, or (B) must present a notarized, written consent from the minor's parent or legal guardian of the minor guest to accompany the Prizewinner on the Trip Prize. The Trip Prize rules and guidelines are subject to change closer to the Trip Prize departure and will be communicated directly to all Prizewinners. Prizewinners and their guests will need to adhere to all venue rules and guidelines at the time of the actual event(s)

The collection, use, storage and destruction of personal information submitted by an entrant for participation in the Second Chance Drawings shall be managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Your e-mail address and other information will not be sold or shared with any outside parties.

Information shall only be collected from entrants that are age 18 and over.

By submitting your Second Chance Drawing entry via the Internet, you give the Maine Lottery permission to announce and publish your name, city of residence, and image in any form for marketing/promotional purposes without compensation if you win a Second Chance Drawing.

The Maine Lottery reserves the right to modify, cancel, postpone, delay, suspend and/or terminate this Second Chance Drawing, in whole or in part, in the event that the promotion is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules, by reason of any technical or other disabling causes or other causes that impair, corrupt or interrupt the administration, fairness, security or integrity or proper play of the Second Chance Drawing, including without limitation hurricane, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, war, terrorist threat or activity or insurrection. The Maine Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, postpone, delay, suspend, and/or terminate this Drawing, in whole or in part, in the event that the Drawing and/or event is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules, by reason of any technical or other disabling causes, or other causes that impair, corrupt, or interrupt the administration, fairness, security, integrity, or proper play of the Drawing. In such event, the Maine Lottery Commission may, in its sole discretion: (a) postpone and/or reschedule and/or modify the Second Chance Drawing, or (b) cancel the Second Chance Drawing in its entirety. In the event of cancellation, the Maine Lottery Commission shall award the prizes through a process deemed fair and equitable by the Maine Lottery Commission and its administrators shall have no further liability to any participant in connection with the promotion. In no event shall the Maine Lottery be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

Neither the Maine Lottery, Maine Lottery Commission, nor Scientific Games shall be responsible to entrants or to any other person for data entry errors resulting from or caused by the entering, keying or mis-keying of the required ticket information by entrants.

As a condition of entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims, controversies or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Promotion, or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim"), shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party; and (ii) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

I hereby release the State of Maine, the Maine Lottery Commission, and all of its agents and employees; anyone connected with the promotion, or employees of Scientific Games from any and all liability or claims arising from my participation in the Promotion.
